The service

Tagback gives you QR codes that open anonymous chats between you and the people who scan them.

Accounts

One account per email address. Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, threats, hate, spam, or illegal content, in chats or code labels.
• No probing, scraping, or disrupting the service.
• Scans are anonymous, but abuse still has consequences. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Chats are between users

Tagback does not monitor, review, or endorse chat messages. We are not responsible for what other people say to you, or for what you say to them. If someone harasses you, stop responding and report it to us at the address above.

Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tagback is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for user content exchanged through the service.

Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue the service at any time. Violating these terms can end your access. Updated terms are posted on this page.
